Founded in 1966, and based on a recipe that traveled across the Oregon Trail, Gary West Smoked Meats produces artisan hand crafted products. Over the years, our business has come to focus on the hickory smoked steak strips that have such a following. Hand stripped, marinated, and packaged, our strips are sold around the world.
The original shop is now a Complete Oregon Tasting Room, featuring Oregon wines, chocolate and candy, cheeses and the rest of our smoked meats and sausages.
